Types of membership in the Genesis World organization
The members of the organization are divided into founding members, full members, honorary members and associate members:
Founding members are those who founded the organization and they are the only ones who are responsible for the strategic decisions that affect the organization. Founding members can be appointed as board members.
Ordinary members are legal entities that work with the organization in all of the free trade locations it has created. Ordinary members are not authorized to make strategic or tactical decisions within the organization.
Honorary members can only be natural persons. They are appointed by the Board of Directors and, if necessary, dismissed again and thus also receive the right to vote in the General Assembly during their membership. Honorary members usually lead a department within the organization. To them are assigned tactical decisions (not strategic ones) within the organizational department. Honorary members can be appointed as board members.
Associate members are legal entities that only work with the organization in a few free trade locations that it has created.
Associate members can be appointed by the board as ordinary members if they are exceptionally committed to the goals of the organization. Associate members cannot be appointed as board members. Associate members are not authorized to make strategic or tactical decisions within the organization.
Acquisition of membership
Ordinary and associated members can only be legal persons who are committed to the goals of the organization and who are actively committed to these goals. The board makes the final decision on the admission of ordinary and associated members. The recording can be refused without giving reasons.
Only natural persons who are committed to the goals of the organization and who are actively committed to these goals can become honorary members. The Board of Directors appoints a honorary member.
