Genesis intends to build the Genesis Hospital in the center of the Special Economic Zone, on the outskirts of the village Anyron-Kope.the hospital can work without problems, 100 additional hospital beds must be kept.

Genesis aims to build an orphanage, where orphan children from the Special Economic Zone can be accommodated.
The house must be maintained by Genesis and will provide space for 300 children.

In the Genesis project it is planned to build a disabled centre, where people with disabilities in the area can be accommodated. The house is managed by Genesis and will house 300 disabled people.

Retirees over 65 years in the area can choose to care for the elderly or go to the nursing home if they bear the relative cost. Within the Genesis zone there are two retirement homes for residents.

The high school can be visited after finishing secondary school. The duration of the school of higher education is fixed at 5 years (from 14-19 years). For them, this school is free, as is the school lunch.

Togo has only 2 football stadiums in Lomé, which are too busy.
The traditional Chief of Vogan has proposed a suitable plot of land in the center of Vogan so that another football stadium can be built there.
