To make maximum use of the Special Economic Zone, 121 km of local roads are needed with sidewalks, 43 km of local roads without sidewalks and 50 km of rural roads with single lanes. Furthermore, existing villages require 130 km of roads to connect to all infrastructures. Finally, 70 km of roads and 16 town squares are needed for new settlements.
The medium-term objective is that every farmer in this area will be directly connected to the road. This happens at the forefront through the relocations of current farmers.
If the economy has to develope within the Special Economic Zone, then the roads must be developed in an adequate manner. Not only do industrialists need paved roads, where they can drive their trucks. Tourists and the local population also need a well-developed area with infrastructure.
